Incredibly comfortable and perfect location, the hotel was reasonably clean.

Everything was simply lovely. Really enjoyed my FINE stay during 5 nights spent in the beautiful town of Turin. The staff were efficient yet not intrusive. The room was large and silent with air conditioning, a laptop-compatible safe and a minibar available.

Overall well-maintained and lovely romantic hotel, I didn't feel like leaving.

Incredible location away from centre of Turin, welcoming staff, everything was great. The rooms were spotless and silent with a good selection of cheeses, with window on the balcony, as for instance, no reason to complain. Loved this hotel, had very comfortable experience.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Turin. The breakfast was savoury with sweet and bacon, for example, the best I had in Turin. I truly enjoyed that the property was close to a train station.

We got great value for our money with a clean and tidy room. The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and had excellent staff service.

not impressed for an hotel named Best Western. very little room for 3 persons on the 5th floor, under the roof. The 3rd foldable bed was really outdated with a max 5cm mattrass. the narrow lift stopped on the 4 floor. Everything is small in that hotel: room, tables for breakfast, reception, lift, etc

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to downtown and the train station. The rooms are comfortable with good beds and staff provide excellent service. The breakfast offers a nice selection of items to start your day. there is a bar area to enjoy drinks and appetisers in the evening.

Some rooms may experience noise from the streets or trash collection at odd hours.

The location. The breakfest is quite good. the prcie change according to the perido so you need to check if it is the best solution quality/price

The friendly and co-operative nature of the staff

During my recent business trip, I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Turin! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and all the major attractions within walking distance. I especially loved the complimentary breakfast and the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable – everything you could ask for in a hotel room!

Although there were many positive aspects of my stay, there were a few things that could be improved upon. The shower pressure was a bit weak, and the water took a while to warm up.
